Marvel movie watchlists – watch Marvel movies in chronological order, by release date, or by popularity.

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Marvel Phase 4 - MCU Phase 4

There are plenty of ways to watch Marvel movies and get an idea about how the MCU is put together. You can watch them in chronological order (the order the events in the MCU played out), by the date the movies were released, or even by popularity (as ranked by independent websites).

Marvel movies in chronological order

You would have to watch Marvel movies in bits and pieces to truly watch the events in chronological order but alas, that’s only for the hardest core fans (and those with too much time on their hands). Here is the chronological viewing order of the Marvel movies:

  10. Captain America: Winter Soldier (post-Avengers, pre-Ultron)
  11. Guardians of the Galaxy (sometime in 2014)
  12. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (after Guardians)
