Polka Dot Man

The Polka-Dot Man, Abner Krill, first appeared in Detective Comics #300 (February 1962), created by writer Bill Finger and artist Sheldon Moldoff. As Mister Polka-Dot, he wore a costume covered in spots that could be used for a variety of purposes, such as creating deadly weapons and vehicles. He was ultimately killed in a brutal battle when his head was crushed by a manhole cover.
