Description

All Against All #1 – Original Cover A – It is the distant future. Earth is long gone.

From Image Comics, writer ALEX PAKNADEL (DC vs. Vampires: All Out War, Giga), artist CASPAR WIJNGAARD (HOME SICK PILOTS), and letterer HASSAN OTSMANE-ELHAOU present a primal vision of humanity gone terribly wrong.

In All Against All, it is the distant future. Earth is long gone, but a race of alien conquerors knows as “the Operators” have preserved its most savage animals in an artificial jungle environment they barely understand.

With no bodies of their own, the Operators move from world to world, harvesting bodies for the organic exosuits they use to wage their endless wars. Ignored and underestimated by his captors is the habitat’s sole human specimen, Helpless.

However, when their efforts to find and harvest an apex predator intensify, he gives them far more than they bargained for.

All Against All #1 Review

If you’re looking for a thrilling comic book, All Against All #1 is definitely worth your attention. The story is set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity struggles to survive. It follows the journey of a group of survivors as they navigate a dangerous and unpredictable landscape filled with all sorts of threats.

One of the things that impressed me the most about this comic book is the artwork. The illustrations are vivid and detailed, bringing the story to life in a way that really draws the reader in. The characters are all unique and well-developed, with their own distinct personalities and quirks.

The writing is also top-notch, with a fast-paced and engaging storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The dialogue is sharp and witty, and the narrative flows smoothly from one panel to the next.

Overall, I highly recommend All Against All #1 to anyone looking for an exciting and well-crafted comic book. It’s a great addition to any collection, and I can’t wait to see where the story goes from here.

In “All Against All,” Caspar and Paknadel have created a captivating sci-fi world that will leave you on the edge of your seat. The authors’ flesh-frazzled, visceral grip will pull you into the story and keep you hooked until the very end.

1 review for All Against All #1 – Original Cover A – 1st Printing!

  1. Joe

Going into this comic book, I had no idea what to expect, except for the cool and intriguing premise and my love for Caspar Wijngaard’s artwork from Home Sick Pilots. However, I really enjoyed it.

Admittedly, there was a lot of setup in the product, and I understand some of the criticisms and mixed reviews. But, all the buildup only made me more intrigued to see where this product is going. I am glad to have read more of Alex Paknadel’s writing, as he is a writer I haven’t had much experience with. Based on this first issue alone, this product has the potential to be something really interesting and fun.

I was particularly looking forward to the artwork, and it lived up to my expectations. Wijngaard strikes an effective balance between making the technology seem so exciting and mechanical, while the environment looks lush and rich. It’s always a treat whenever Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou letters something, and this issue was no exception. There is so much great talent in this great and interesting start to this product, and I am very excited for what’s to come.
