Join Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood in celebrating Batman’s 85th anniversary on September 21! The event will feature an after-hours Batman tour and a movie screening. Fans are invited to help light up the Bat-Signal and enjoy a special film screening of Tim Burton’s Batman on the iconic WB backlot. Bring your friends and family for a night of fun and memorable moments as you go behind the scenes of your favorite Batman films, see original costumes, cowls, and Batmobiles. The studio is offering a one-hour guided tour focused on Batman before screening the 1989 movie Batman, starring Michael Keaton as Batman, Jack Nicholson as The Joker, and Kim Basinger as Vicki Vale.

This Batman Day, fans can visit participating comic book shops to get their hands on a selection of Batman titles. These titles celebrate Gotham’s Dark Knight Detective and some of his most notorious adversaries. Among the offerings is “Joker: The World,” a 184-page anthology featuring stories from 13 different countries, showcasing the Joker’s global influence. Additionally, DC will release a Batman Day Deluxe Edition of “Batman: The Long Halloween,” the debut issue of “Batman The Long Halloween: The Last Halloween,” and a new Noir Edition of “Batman/Elmer Fudd.” DC UNIVERSE INFINITE is also joining the celebration by offering a curated collection of Batman-centric content for free, along with the ability for subscribers to read “Batman The Long Halloween: The Last Halloween #1” on the same day as the print release, starting from September 25. Celebrate Batman’s 85th Anniversary in MultiVersus, a free-to-play platform fighter that features a growing roster of popular characters from Warner Bros. Discovery franchises. Between October 1st and 15th, players can join an exclusive event, complete missions, and receive daily login rewards to unlock free Batman-themed content for a limited time. The 4K movie collection will be released on Tuesday, September 10.

These include the Batwheels-inspired “Race to the Holidays” Christmas Board Book, published on September 3 by Random House Children’s Books. This board book is based on the popular preschool animated series DC Batwheels™ and features Bam and the Batwheels celebrating the holiday season.In addition, Random House Children’s Books has re-released “Batman: 5-Minute Stories,” a collection of ten short Batman stories suitable for children ages 3 to 7. Insight Editions is taking pre-orders for the “Batman: The Animated Series Official Coloring Book,” which contains over 60 “Dark Deco” illustrations of Batman and his famous foes from the 1990s animated series.For fans of prose novels, Random House Worlds will be publishing “Batman: Resurrection” by author John Jackson Miller. This hardcover novel is set after The Joker’s death and serves as a direct sequel to Tim Burton’s iconic 1989 Batman movie. “Batman: Resurrection” is set to be published on October 15.

In this story, collection holders helped shape the hows, whats, and whys of the comic to tell the story of Batman’s newest mystery.
