- Evidence with chain of custody. Log every item, every hand-off and every review, so custody holds up later.
- Documents and OCR. Upload PDFs, scans and images; in-browser text extraction makes them searchable.
- Timelines and court events. Build the sequence of events, nest sub-events, keep undated items alongside dated ones, and track court dates.
- Link analysis. A visual graph of how people, places, vehicles and evidence connect.
- Sharing and public links. Invite collaborators to a case with editor or viewer roles, or publish a read-only link.
- Import and export. CSV templates for every table, so existing records come in and nothing is locked away.
- Sorting and pinning. Recently worked, manual order, priority or status, with pinned cases held at the top.
