iHeartMedia has partnered with Aliza Rosen’s AYR Media to release “The Murder Years,” a new scripted drama series based on real events. In this eight-part series, actress Gabrielle Carteris (playing “Nancy Clark”) hosts as a woman investigates the murders that defined her high school years in the 1980s. The killings were attributed by some to a streak of bad luck, while others believed they were connected to an ancient curse. Forty years later, as the survivors of these terrifying years revisit their past—the music, the clothes, the gossip, the murders—it appears that the “curse” might be returning to this quiet town in the form of a new round of bizarre, violent deaths.
The first episode of “The Murder Years” premieres today, with new episodes every Thursday. “The Murder Years” is available on the iHeartRadio app and all podcast platforms.
