Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Geek Slop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our official Shipping Policy.

Discount Rates

Here’s something you rarely hear about. E commerce companies get discount rates on postage but charge customers the retail rate and pocket the difference. Not Geek Slop. We get discount rates on USPS shipping and pass those savings right on to you. The rate you see is the rate we pay.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

The majority of orders are processed within 1-3 business days (usually within 24 hours of order placement). Orders are typically not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g. Christmas season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Dropshipping Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We dropshop some items which may add a few days to the shipping time. Most of our dropshippers ship within 2-3 days but some may take up to a week.

If a dropshop item is imported, it may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We will always note which items will take longer to ship in the item’s description.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Geek Slop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and some English-speaking countries outside the United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may use this number to track your package as is moves to your destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Geek Slop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Geek Slop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to only a few countries outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

We want to ensure all geeks are happy geeks! Each product shipped from Geek Slop is carefully inspected twice – once when the product is received from our wholesaler and a second time when it is prepared for shipment to our customers. Quality control is important to us to ensure we never ship an item that is damaged in any way.

However, if you are unhappy with a product, we provide 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (not worn, unwashed, not scratched up) and in the same condition that you received it. The returned item must be in the original packaging. The returned item needs to have proof of purchase such as the Order Number.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When the return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your account. If the return is not approved, we will return the product to you using COD shipping.
