The Pokémon Company International has released the latest expansion of the popular Pokémon Trading Card Game, Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved, at participating retailers around the world, including the Pokémon Center.
With Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved, Trainers can now use more powerful Pokémon ex that have high HP, strong attacks, and Abilities. However, these Pokémon give up two Prize cards when they are Knocked Out. The new expansion features Slowking, Forretress, and Dedenne as Tera Pokémon ex, which are displayed in full-art illustrations to showcase their unique crystalline characteristics. The illustration rare and special illustration rare cards in Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved have alternate art styles, allowing Trainers to collect cards that highlight each Pokémon’s personality traits or Evolutions in a unique way.
Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved can be played digitally through the Pokémon TCG Live app for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows devices. Trainers can collect and battle with new Pokémon ex and Tera Pokémon ex, and receive in-game bonuses when they log in to the app.
