Oh, hey, we have a Spot-the-Differnce puzzle straight from DC. Seems they changed the cover of October’s Wonder Woman #764 – slightly. The cover was drawn by David Marquez and replaces the cover they released just last week. The issue is written by Mariko Tamaki and begins a new story arc featuring Wonder Woman teaming up with, eh, the villainous Maxwell Lord? Okay… Here’s what DC says about the issue:
“Wonder Woman and Max Lord are on the hunt for some missing and extremely dangerous weaponry from Lord Industries, and the search has brought this unlikely duo to…Miami? Fun in the sun will have to wait—because if Diana and Max can’t uncover this illegal arms trade, the entire city could be blown sky high! But we’re sure Max Lord will be nothing but helpful…right?”
So can you spot the difference? It seems the change was made to steer readers away from some of Maxwell’s more violent moments (think back to 2005 when Maxwell Lord killed Blue Beetle with a bullet to the head).
