Batman Arkham Trilogy for the Nintendo Switch

Warner Bros. Games and DC have announced the release of Batman: Arkham Trilogy for Nintendo Switch. The compilation, developed by Rocksteady Studios, includes the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City, and Batman: Arkham Knight in one package. The game will be launched in fall 2023 with all previously released downloadable content (DLC) from all three titles. Turn Me Up Games is developing the trilogy for Nintendo Switch.

Batman: Arkham Asylum, developed by Rocksteady Studios and released in 2009, is where it all began. The game set the stage for DC’s “Arkhamverse” and introduced players to a unique, dark, and atmospheric adventure that takes players to the depths of the infamous Arkham Asylum. Featuring an original story, players move in the shadows as Batman to instill fear among enemies and confront The Joker and Gotham City’s most notorious villains, including Harley Quinn, Bane, Killer Croc, Poison Ivy, and Scarecrow, who have taken over the asylum.

Batman: Arkham City is the 2011 sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum by Rocksteady Studios. The game takes place in Arkham City, a maximum security prison where Gotham City’s criminals are held. Players get to play as Batman and face off against dangerous villains such as Catwoman, The Joker, The Riddler, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, The Penguin, and Mr. Freeze.

Batman: Arkham Knight is the final game of Rocksteady Studios’ Batman: Arkham trilogy, released in 2015. The game raises the stakes for Batman as he fights against Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight, a new villain in the Batman universe. Many notorious DC Super-Villains such as Harley Quinn, The Penguin, Two-Face, Firefly, and the Riddler also appear. Batman is helped by his closest allies, Commissioner Gordon, Oracle, Alfred, Lucius Fox, Catwoman, Robin, and Nightwing. The game features the Batmobile, which can be driven throughout the open world and transformed from high-speed Pursuit Mode to military grade Battle Mode.
