The animated series “My Adventures with Superman” will premiere on Thursday, July 6th, at midnight on Adult Swim and the next day on Max. The official trailer was released today. The trailer features Jack Quaid as the voice of Clark Kent, Alice Lee as the voice of Lois Lane, and Ishmel Sahid as the voice of Jimmy Olsen. Check it out below.
“My Adventures with Superman” is a serialized coming-of-age story following Superman/Clark Kent, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen as they start to discover who they are and what they can achieve together as investigative reporters at the Daily Planet. The story traces Clark’s evolution as he builds his secret identity as Superman and uncovers his own mysterious origins. Meanwhile, Lois, on her way to becoming a top reporter, teams up with photographer Jimmy to break important stories. As Lois gets closer to uncovering Clark’s secret identity, the two fall in love. Together with Jimmy, they have adventures, take down bad guys, and learn what it means to be heroes in their own right.
Season one will premiere with two back-to-back episodes, followed by a new episode every Thursday. Encore presentations of new episodes will air Fridays at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT on Adult Swim and Saturdays at midnight on Toonami. New episodes will also be available to stream on Max on Fridays.
