Netflix announced that The Helicopter Heist will premiere globally on November 22. Based on true events, this action thriller series tells the story of the planning, ingenuity, and nerve behind one of the most daring crimes in history. It goes beyond what has been previously told about this event, showing how it might have happened.
The Helicopter Heist is written by Ronnie Sandahl, directed by Daniél Espinosa (conceptual director), produced by Johannes Åhlund for B-Reel Films, and stars Mahmut Suvakci, Ardalan Esmaili, and Iskra Kostic.
