Kraven the Hunter is directed by J.C. Chandor from a script written by Matt Holloway, Art Marcum, and Richard Wenk. It is produced by Avi Arad, Amy Pascal, and Matt Tolmach. It will be distributed by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures.
Kraven the Hunter will be Sony’s fourth villain project, following the success of Tom Hardy’s Venom and Venom: Let There Be Carnage.

Deadline today reported the unexpected news that Ariana DeBose will be joining the cast of “Kraven the Hunter,” bringing her into the so-called Sony’s Spider-Man Universe after dancing her way into all our hearts in the “West Side Story” remake. Variety confirmed the news and added that DeBose would play the part of Calypso, a voodoo priestess love interest of Kraven.
