Earlier today, The Walt Disney Company announced some updates regarding upcoming Marvel Studios films. Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts, Blade, Untitled Deadpool Movie, Fantastic Four, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, and Avengers: Secret Wars will all be released on slightly different dates.
Starting on Friday, July 7, Disney+ will premiere a collection of 28 newly restored classic shorts from the Walt Disney Animation Studios. The shorts feature beloved characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip n’ Dale, and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, the studio’s first star.
DC’s new ongoing comic book series, Birds of Prey, will debut on September 5 as part of the “Dawn of DC” storytelling initiative. Led by an all-star creative team, the series features fan-favorite characters and series writer Kelly Thompson (Black Widow, Captain Marvel) has been revealing the Birds of Prey character lineup throughout the week.
