About Cos4Hope
Cos4Hope started as #CosplayForACause within local cosplay communities to encourage volunteering in costume for suicide prevention walks. The positive response and participation inspired the team to conduct independent research on Cosplay as a Coping Mechanism. The research showed that being part of a Fandom or Fandom Family can have a positive impact on mental health.
Cos4Hope’s employer identification number (EIN) is 92-3390096. The IRS determination letter granting 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is available upon request. To learn about upcoming events, become a volunteer, or make an online donation, visit Cos4Hope.org.
