Former Defense Minister of Canada, Paul Hellyer, shaped Canada’s armed forces in the 1960’s when he ushered in a massive reorganization of the nation’s military. In 2005, when after retirement he made what he called a “life-changing discovery”, Hellyer stunned the world when he became the first high-level cabinet member from a G8 country to publicly state that there is extraterrestrial life present on Earth.
Hellyer, who personally experienced a UFO sighting in 2005, says that at least four different alien species, and as many as eighty, have been visiting Earth for thousands of years (with each species having different agendas). More recently, at a 2013 Citizen Hearing on Disclosure in Washington, DC, Hellyer shocked the audience by admitting that “aliens are living among us and that it is likely at least two of them are working with the U.S. government”.
Hellyer surfaced again in the news a few days ago when he reiterated on Russia Today television that extraterrestrials live amongst us and noted that “they refuse to share their advanced technology due to our wars and pollution”. As Hellyer sees it, the aliens are rather unimpressed with us earthlings.
“They don’t think we are good stewards of our planet, we’re clear cutting our forests, we’re polluting our rivers and our lakes, and we’re dumping sewage in the oceans, and we’re doing all sorts of things which are not what good stewards of their homes should be doing.”
Hellyer told reporters that alien activity (and sightings) picked up the past few decades because of increased visitations by alien species. He says after aliens discovered “man was stupid enough to invent the atomic bomb”, they became frightened that our discovery could affect the whole balance of the cosmos.
