Riddick 4: Furya follows the success of 2013’s Riddick. In January 2014, Diesel announced on his Facebook page that Universal wishes to develop a fourth Riddick film. He added that the fourth film is titled Furya and will have an R rating.
Made in Abyss, the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akihito Tsukushi, will be getting a live-action film version.
The Dungeons & Dragons film is written and directed by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, based on the RPG of the same name and reboot of the film series of the same name. The film stars Chris Pine and Michelle Rodriguez and will be released theatrically on March 3, 2023 by Paramount Pictures.
In August 2020, Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer confirmed that a fifth film was also being developed. It was intended to be shot back-to-back with the fourth installment in early 2021, but later, Lionsgate said they opted to delay production and move forward with Chapter 4 alone.
In May 2019, prior to the release of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, Chad Stahelski confirmed on a Reddit “Ask Me Anything” thread that there has been a discussion for another film. Lionsgate officially announced the film during John Wick 3’s opening week, with a scheduled release date of May 21, 2021.
In January 2020, Rian Johnson confirmed that he was writing a sequel to the hit Knives Out movie. Daniel Craig had already expressed interest in reprising his role. On February 6, 2020, Lionsgate announced that a sequel had been approved.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (retitled from Black Panther II) is the 13th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the 7th film of Phase Four.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will be the seventh overall installment of the series and serves as a direct sequel to Bumblebee (2018). Influenced by the Beast Wars storyline, the film will center around Optimus Prime in 1994 in Brooklyn, New York City, and Machu Picchu, Peru.
Based on one of Disney’s classic and popular theme park attractions, The Tower of Terror film will be produced by Scarlett Johansson through her These Pictures banner.
