Introducing the modernized version of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-F (Refit) starship, direct from the Star Trek Online roleplaying game – the Star Trek Online U.S.S. Enterprise NCC1701-F Refit Ship with Collector Magazine!
The Star Trek Online U.S.S. Enterprise NCC1701-F Refit Ship measures approximately 5 3/10-inches long and comes with a display stand for your home or office. This model is high-quality, durable die-cast metal and comes in the same paint scheme as it appears on STAR TREK ONLINE, accompanied by an in-depth 20-page full-color magazine featuring product artwork and highlighting the ship’s history and design.
Designed to be the hero ship in STAR TREK ONLINE, a free-to-play, massively-multiplayer-role-playing game developed by Cryptic Studios, the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-F has a unique origin. Through Cryptic’s “Design the Next Enterprise” contest in 2010, fans had a chance to design the next iteration of the Enterprise for the game. The winning design came from Adam Ihle for this Odyssey-class cruiser.
Refitted to the Yorktown configuration in 2410 following the Iconian War, the Enterprise-F was helmed by Andorian Captain Va’Kel Shon, though the position was initially offered to Captain Data. Its dedication plaque, provided by Admiral Riker, reads, “Fate: Protects fools, children, and ships named Enterprise.”
U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-F is a scientific vessel available to Starfleet players in Star Trek Online. The Yorktown-class starcruiser is a new configuration for the Odyssey-class chassis – the most advanced vessel of its kind – and a perfect match for the U.S.S. Enterprise-F, the latest ship to bear the name Enterprise.
