Sophos Antivirus SoftwareIf you run Sophos Antivirus and have it set to nuke malicious files upon detection, you may no longer have automatic updates.  Sophos recently pushed an update that created a pretty funny false positive.  Sophos Antivirus mistakenly detected its own automatic updater as malware.  If you have the product settings configured to eradicate malware, the automatic update binaries were deleted.  Sophos quickly updated their cloud settings to fix the innocuous but funny problem.
